RF signal generator PCB mojule which is assembled with ADF4351 Analogue device made and AVR micro computer, had came from China. The manual is below. I asked to send software and got it.

It provides the signal source for the AC channel of the device under test and analyzes the frequency-amplitude characteristics of the AC channel. Please pay attention to the impedance of the measuring device.
I would like to estimate along with airband receiver sensitivity. First of all, we shall calculate the propagation damping value between TX point and RX point.
I referred Nippon Electric Works WEB site who is NTT related company of mobile radio station antenna supplier. There is WEB calculation service for radio wane propagation damping value.
It may be 50W TX output for airplane navigation radio transmitters. There are TX antenna firm and RX antenna firm at Itami airport south and north sides of the airport building. I shall check such an antenna later.

My antenna is located northeast side of my apartment house. It is located east direction of Itami airport. There is occlusion by building and I estimated such value being 20 -30dB. Finally, I could estimate RX signal power level may -116.5~-126.5dBm.
This receiver RX sensitivity may be -100dBm. So bared RX could not catch Itami airport radio.
As frequency range is along 150MHz I need not concern inpedance of strip line. However MMIC shall be active more than 1GHz and I shall take care of avoiding parastic oscillation according to bought PCB circuit.
まずはMAR-1を実装、何かうまくない、追求せずに次はMAR-6を実装。
I had assmbled MAR-1 but no good result. Change MAR-6, also no good.
それでもおかしいので、次にはSiGeのSGA6389Zという小電力パワーMMICにしました。
Finaly I changed to SiGe SGA6389Z small power MMIC.
